The Ethicall Team has a combined fundraising sector experience in excess of 50 years. Our experience is in a wide variety of fundraising mediums, which enhances our ability to deliver strategic Telephone Fundraising.
The experience of our team is under pinned via our commercial backgrounds prior to working in the Not for Profit sector. This experience includes call centre management, data management, HR, recruitment and training. Several of our staff have also obtained the IoF Certificate in Fundraising Management.
It is this experience which enables us to input strategically and knowledgeably into your fundraising, to ensure you receive all the necessary guidance to make your telephone campaigns as successful as possible. We also offer shared learning (whilst respecting confidentiality) across our client base, again to ensure we deliver you the best possible experience.

Ethicall were the winner of the Institute of Fundraising's National Award for the Best Use of Telephone in July 2008 with Breakthrough Breast Cancer and again in July 2010 with ActionAid. In 2009 we were one of 10 National Finalists in HSBC’s Start Up Star Business Awards.
