This is your opportunity to join our successful and award winning fundraising team and work with us here at Ethicall. We regularly recruit new fundraisers with excellent negotiation and rapport building skills who enjoy talking and inspiring people to support our charity partners.

You do not need specific experience in the fundraising field as full training is provided. All you need are the ability to listen, build rapport and effectively and respectfully negotiate.

We speak to existing and potential charity donors, representing the issues our charity partners face, explaining to people why support is so needed and the real difference they as an individual can make, with their support.

The team is friendly and welcoming, and we regularly celebrate their success through our fundraising awards and parties. We do our best to engage our teams with the charities we work with, this may include talks direct from beneficiaries or trips to see their work in action.

Job Details

Location: Based in central Bristol you will be working in our Fundraising Centre.
Contract: Ongoing and Temp to Perm Opportunities available, you will be required to give minimum of a 6 month commitment.
Skills: Listening, Rapport Building and Negotiation Skills. No previous Fundraising experience required, training is provided to ensure you become a successful member of our fundraising team.
Hours: The Fundraising Centre works 12.30-9:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 10.30am-5.30pm, you would be expected to work 5 of these 6 days.
